BeiGene is a Chinese commercial stage biopharmaceutical company domiciled in the US which listed on the NASDAQ in February 2016. In September 2019, short-seller J-Capital research issued a report accusing management of faking sales and skimming from its capex budget. The report failed to prompt any resignations and, as such, the allegations remain unproven.
