Hong Kong soy beverage company Vitasoy listed on the Hong Kong Exchange in March 1994. It was attacked by short-seller Valiant Varriors in January 2020 alleging that the company was faking its Chinese and Australian profits whilst understating its capex. The short-seller's report failed to prompt any management or auditor (KPMG) resignations and as such the allegations remain unproven.
