US-domiciled solar project developer and operator ReneSola listed on London's AIM market in 2006 before moving its listing to the US in 2008. In December 2021, short-seller Grizzly Research published a report which alleged that the company had misrepresented its fundamentals, was employing aggressive accounting and was backed by a questionable Chinese investor. While there have been a few director resignations since, the company managed to produce audited FY21 financials. As such, the allegations remain unproven.
