China Waste Corporation listed on the Australian Stock Exchange via a June 2015 reverse merger. In March 2016, the company issued its FY15 annual report which contained a going concern emphasis of matter. This prompted a number of queries from the exchange in May which ultimately led to a trading suspension a few weeks later. The Chinese senior management resigned in September and the Chinese assets were disposed of. There are no allegations of fraud. China Waste appears to be a failed reverse merger.
