Australian travel management services company, Corporate Travel Management (CTD), listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) in December 2010. In October 2018, the company was attacked by hedge fund VGI Partners which claimed to have identified a large number of problematic issues. The hedge fund appeared to be alluding to the possibility that overseas profits had been overstated. The report failed to prompt any management, director or auditor resignations and, as such, the allegations remain unproven.
