Chinese commercial property consultancy Imperial Sierra submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Exchange in April 2017. In August, an anonymous entity called Blazing Research published a report alleging that Imperial Sierra was a fraud. The company's listing application lapsed suggesting that Blazing Research allegations had some merit.
