Redcentric is a UK-based IT company which was demerged from Castleton Tech (formerly Redstone) in April 2013. The company announced a delay to its interim financials (to September) in November 2016 owing to the overstatement of historic profits, precipitating a share price collapse. Two former employees were found guilty of making false statements and were sentenced to jail.
