Chinese Coal Mining company, Shougang Fushan Resources (Fushan), was attacked by short-seller Glaucus Research in April 2012 alleging embezzlement and fraud. The report failed to prompt any director or auditor resignations and its FY12 financials were signed-off without incident. As a result, the allegations against Fushan are unproven.
