Malaysian software company Silverlake Axis listed on the Singapore Exchange in March 2003. In August 2015, the company was attacked by an anonymous author called Razor99 which alleged that Silverlake was keeping losses off-balance sheet through related party transactions. A subsequent investigation by Deloitte's cleared the company of any wrong-doing. However, share price performance and profitability have suffered in the years since. The allegations remain unproven.
