Chinese steel and copper company Terra Nostra Resources (Terra Nostra) listed on the US OTC market via a 2003 reverse merger. Short-seller Citron Research published a report in October 2007 raising a number of governance issues, alluding to possible fraud. In August 2008, the company disclosed that it would not be able to file its annual report on time as its auditor had identified certain anomalies relating to reported earnings and pre-paid expenses. It is a confirmed fraud.
