Veradigm (previously Allscripts Healthcare Solutions), a supplier of healthcare software, failed to produce its 4Q22 financials, subsequently announcing that it had overstated revenue over the three prior years by around US$20m. The company has still not published any financials or given an explanation of how the overstatement occurred. Nonetheless, the company has admitted wrongdoing .
